In the beautiful Arties town, Casa Montarto is the perfect country retreat. Recently renovated, this traditional stone chalet respects the essence of local architecture and is ideal for families or friends willing to practice sports while breathing fresh air.
Among other features, it has a fireplace to make you nice and toasty in winter and a barbecue in its garden to enjoy dinners under the stars in summer. Oh! And it is only 15 minutes by car from Baqueira Beret.
DISTRIBUTION
All the rooms at Casa Montarto are tastefully decorated. Stone, wood, and natural fibers predominate in this 113 m2 rural accommodation, distributed over three floors. It has four double bedrooms:
• Master bedroom: with a 180 cm bed.
• Bedroom 2: with a 150 cm bed.
• Bedrooms 3 and 4: with two 90 cm trundle beds each.
All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. The main floor has a restroom, an American kitchen-diner, and a spacious living room perfect for sinking into the sofa by the fireplace at the end of the day. Would you prefer fresh air? The chalet also has a community garden with a barbecue area.
HIGHLIGHTS
Like all FeelFree apartments, Casa Montarto is fully equipped, including high-speed WiFi and heating. In addition, there's a ski locker at the chalet's entrance, perfect for the winter season.

Did you know that Arties is considered one of the most beautiful towns in Spain? In the heart of the village, this rural accommodation is a countryside paradise, surrounded by Pyrenees mountains, cobbled streets, traditional cottages decorated with flowers on their balconies, and even a river.
Here you can taste local food, enjoy the Baqueira Beret ski station in winter - 15 min drive - walk along the stunning trails right on your doorstep, or relax in the Arties' hot springs in summer - outdoor swimming pools of hot sulfurous waters -.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
