DESCRIPTION
Casa Baciver is in the picturesque village of Garós, the ideal setting in the Pyrenees for those looking to get away from the crowds. It is just a step away from the Baqueira Beret ski station in winter and numerous lakes and hiking trails in summer.
DISTRIBUTION
With a decoration that takes us to the snowy landscape of the mountains in the Pyrenees, the house has 158 m2 distributed over two floors. The main floor includes:
• Bedroom 1: with a 150 cm bed and a bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: with a 150 cm bed.
• Bedroom 3: with two 90 cm beds and a bathroom. On this floor, there is also the American kitchen, integrated into a bright and spacious living room with a fireplace, and a third bathroom. In addition, from the living room and the double bedrooms, you can access a large garden perfect to enjoy moments with family or friends. The lower floor has a small area with puff chairs, a space with a bar cabinet, and another bedroom with a sofa bed –

HIGHLIGHTS
Like the rest of the FeelFree apartments, Casa Baciver is fully equipped and has high-speed WiFi and heating. In addition, it has a garage space -

Prices do not include the tourist tax that has been established by law in Catalonia.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
