Located at the end of the beautiful village of Arties, the holiday home Banhs de Arties is the ideal refuge if you are seeking nature, skiing... and silence.
Banhs de Arties is a recently restored and very spacious holiday home, fully equipped by the interior designers at FeelFree, creating a cozy space that combines the essence of a traditional Aranese chalet with the comforts and the most modern details.
The holiday home has two accesses - from the street or through the garage. On the main floor, there's a large space with an American kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and a terrace with mesmerizing views over the mountains. On the first floor, there are three large double bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub; and between the other two, a second bathroom, also fully equipped. A floor above, there is a large suite with a bathroom and a dressing room, two 90cm beds, a sofa bed, and a TV.
The Chalet Banhs de Arties also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a closed parking space with direct access to the home with a ski storage area, and another parking space with ski storage in Val de Ruda - right by the cable car (services included in the price).
THE SURROUNDINGS
This exclusive home is a fantastic option for one or two families looking to spend their holidays in a quiet village but at the same time close to all the services, ten minutes away from the Baqueira station, as well as the shops and services of Vielha.
Furthermore, a gorgeous 5-minute walk from the chalet you will find the thermal baths of Arties - from which the home receives its name. These springs are equipped with sulfurous hot water outdoor pools, perfect for relaxing after a walk through the Pyrenees.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
