The Val de Ruda Luxe 68 apartment is located in the exclusive urbanization known as "Residencial Val de Ruda", at the foot of the slopes at Baqueira's 1,500 meter mark.
Access to the ski slopes is second to none. From the apartment you go down to the garage by elevator, where the ski storage (heated) is located. From here, a second elevator leads directly to the exit of the gondola lift.
Val de Ruda Luxe 68 has been decorated in 2022, creating a modern, elegant and very comfortable space. Its bright living-dining room stands out, from which you can enjoy beautiful views over the Ruda valley. The living area has a corner sofa facing the fireplace on one side and the Smart TV on the other. Next to the fireplace, there is a dining area, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings during your holidays.

Val de Ruda Luxe 68 has a capacity for up to 4 people, spread over its two comfortable and beautiful bedrooms; It also has two fully equipped bathrooms. The main room has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second room offers two single beds.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
