The Val de Ruda Luxe 66 apartment is located in the exclusive urbanization known as "Residencial Val de Ruda", at the foot of the slopes, at Baqueira's 1,500 meter mark. Access to the ski slopes is second to none. From the apartment, you go down to the garage by an elevator, where the ski storage (heated) is located. From here, a second elevator leads directly to the exit of the new gondola lift. Val de Ruda Luxe 66 highlights its bright living-dining room, from which you can enjoy beautiful views over the Ruda valley. The living area has two sofas facing the fireplace and the Smart TV. Next to the fireplace, there is the dining area, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings during your holidays. The modern American kitchen, open to the living-dining area, has high-end appliances, as well as complete kitchenware. Val de Ruda Luxe 66 has a capacity for up to 6 people, spread over its three comfortable bedrooms; It also has two fully equipped bathrooms. The main room has a double bed, private bathroom and Smart TV. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds. The Val de Ruda Luxe 68 Apartment also offers high-speed Wi-Fi connection, Smart TV and a parking space and ski storage in the same building (services included in the price). CANCELLATION POLICIES

Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.

All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.

TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA

3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
