The Val de Ruda Luxe 6 Apartment is part of the newly built residential complex known as "Urbanización Val de Ruda," located at the foot of the slopes at the 1,500 level in Baqueira. The access to the ski slopes from the apartment is unbeatable, as you can go down directly to the garage floor, where the heated ski locker is located, and from there an elevator takes you straight to the exit of the new Baqueira gondola lift. This luxurious apartment has been designed with great care in both its furnishings and decoration, paying attention to every detail. Everything is in perfect harmony, and nothing is missing in Val de Ruda Luxe 6. The Val de Ruda Luxe 6 Apartment offers a spacious living area, with the living room featuring a fireplace and flat-screen TV, and the dining area located next to the large windows. To one side, you’ll find the modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with top-brand appliances, where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones during your snow holidays. The apartment consists of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two beds, and next to it is the second bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. It's worth noting that the bed bases and mattresses are from the prestigious brand Auping. The Val de Ruda Luxe 6 Apartment also includes a parking space and a heated ski locker in the same building, all included in the price. CANCELLATION POLICIES

Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.

All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.

TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA

3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
