It has an elegant living-dining room with built-in American kitchen, four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Val de Ruda Luxe 50 is located in the private complex known as "Urbanization Ruda", located on the slopes of Baqueira. The access to the ski slopes is unbeatable, since from the apartment you can go down by elevator to the garage, where the ski-storage is located and from here another elevator leads directly to the exit of the new gondola lift. The apartment has been decorated with neutral and light tones, making it especially luminous and very pleasant. In the part of the living room there are two comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace and after these, we find a large dining table with capacity for 8 people. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and full kitchenware. The spacious and beautiful master bedroom of Val de Ruda Luxe 50 has a double bed of 150 cm, Smart tv and bathroom en suite. Two other bedrooms have single beds; Another bedroom that has a comfortable trundle bed. The decoration of all of them, as well as the comfort of the apartment in general has been cared to the smallest detail. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
