Its access to the ski slopes is unbeatable, as you can go directly from the apartment to the garage level, where the heated ski locker is located. From there, a convenient elevator takes you straight to the exit of Baqueira's new cable car. This is a cozy and comfortable apartment where every detail has been carefully considered, both in its equipment and its decoration. The Val de Ruda Luxe 36 Apartment offers a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. In the living area, you'll find the lounge, which features a fireplace and an impressive flat-screen TV, and a stylish dining table with chairs next to the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with top-brand appliances and complete kitchenware. The Val de Ruda Luxe 36 Apartment consists of three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. CANCELLATION POLICIES

Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.

All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.

TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA

3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
