Val de Ruda Luxe 33 is a luxury accommodation that is part of the newly built residential complex known as Urbanizacion Ruda, located at the foot of the ski runs at 1,500 meters elevation mark in Baqueira ski resort. The holiday apartment is right beside the gondola exit, making ski run access unsurpassable. From the apartment a lift takes you to the garage where there is another lift leading directly to the new gondola. The apartment offers an open plan lounge-dining room with modern kitchenette, two bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms. In the lounge there is a comfortable L-shape sofa and to the left, by the large windows and the French window with direct acces to the balcony, there is a beautiful rustic style dining table where you'll enjoy delicious dinners. At the back of the sofa is the modern kitchenette equipped with top of the range electrical appliances and complete kitchenware. The apartment Val de Ruda Luxe 33 offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with capacity for 4 people. Val de Ruda Luxe 33 also offers Wi-Fi Internet system, a parking space and ski equipment heated storage room in the same building (included in the price). Enjoy the convenience of skiing to the foot of the ski runs in a brand new luxury apartment with all the amenities of a high-end residential development. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
