The Val de Ruda 31 apartment is a lovely holiday accommodation that is part of the newly built residential complex known as Val de Ruda, located at the foot of the slopes at the 1,500-meter mark in Baqueira. It is situated right next to the cable car exit, offering unbeatable access to the ski slopes. It is the perfect apartment for a wonderful family or friends' vacation. The apartment consists of a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. It is furnished in a classic, sober, and cozy style. Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa in front of the fireplace. To the left is the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with top-brand appliances and complete kitchenware. The dining table is located between the kitchen and the large windows, as well as the French door that leads directly to the beautiful terrace. It is a charming wooden table that seats 6, perfect for enjoying unforgettable dinners during your holiday. The master bedroom features a 150 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and share the second bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub. Val de Ruda 31 also offers wireless Internet access, two parking spaces, and a heated ski storage room in the same building (included in the price). CANCELLATION POLICIES

Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.

All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.

TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA

3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
