Located in the town of Artíes, the Val Artíes 2 Apartment is a unique accommodation, different from the typical homes usually found in the Pyrenees, which often feature a more rustic decor. In this case, it is a designer apartment with wooden floors and high wooden ceilings, combined with metal structures that create a modern and very attractive look.
The Val Artíes 2 Apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and is divided into two levels. You enter the main floor, where on one side you'll find the living room, which is very bright thanks to its high ceilings and numerous windows. Next to the living room, there is a dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen. Between the living room and the dining area is the fireplace, and behind it is a study area. From the living room, one door leads to a staircase that goes up to the master bedroom, while another leads to the second bedroom. The master bedroom, located on the upper floor, is separated from the living area by a glass railing, and to block out the light, it also features a large red curtain. It has an en-suite bathroom, a 1.50 m double bed, and a dressing area. The second bedroom is also spacious, with two 135 cm beds. Next to it is the other bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.
Artíes is one of the most important towns in the Arán Valley, both for its historical heritage and its tourist infrastructure. Artíes is home to some of the most famous restaurants and pintxo bars in the valley, and along with Vielha, it is one of the main hubs for nightlife. Its strategic location places it between Vielha and Baqueira Beret (7 km from both).
The Val Artíes 2 and Val Artíes 3 Apartments are located one above the other in the same building, making them an ideal option for families or large groups of friends.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
