Located in the town of Artíes, the Val Artíes 1 Apartment is a unique accommodation, different from the typical homes usually found in the Pyrenees, which tend to have a more rustic decor and style. In this case, it is a designer apartment with wooden floors and high wooden ceilings, combined with metal structures that create a modern and very attractive look.
The Val Artíes 1 Apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. You enter the apartment directly into the living room, with the dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen located next to it. Between the living room and the dining area is the fireplace. A partition wall that does not reach the ceiling separates the living area from the bedroom, which is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. The living room also has a sofa bed. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, equipped with a shower.
Artíes is one of the most important towns in the Arán Valley, both for its historical heritage and its tourist infrastructure. Artíes is home to some of the most famous restaurants and pintxo bars in the valley, and along with Vielha, it is one of the main hubs for nightlife. Its strategic location places it between Vielha and Baqueira Beret (7 km from both).
Val Artíes 1, Val Artíes 2, and Val Artíes 3 are part of the same building, making them a highly recommended accommodation option for families or large groups of friends.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
