The apartment is housed in a building of typical Aranese construction, where traditional local materials such as stone, wood, and slate have been used externally. The interior is a blend of these traditional materials with modern materials and high-quality furnishings. With a surface area of 75 square meters, the apartment consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is decorated in dark tones, is modern, and fully equipped, while the living room is just what it should be: sober and elegant.
Pleta de Nheu 2 has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. The main bedroom features a 180 cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a Smart TV. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
