The apartment is ideally situated in a very quiet area of Arties, next to the Garonne River and just a 5-minute walk from the downtown. From here, you can buy some fresh produce from its local stores, go out for dinner, or simply stroll through its cobbled streets full of history. Back at the apartment, you will find the comfy sofa by the fireplace to relax in, while the kids – or not-so-kids – play in the garden sledding in the snow. Coming off-season? Then its outdoor dining area will be perfect for enjoying alfresco meals!

HIGHLIGHTS
Like all FeelFree rentals, Jardí d’Arties is fully equipped and has high-speed wifi. It has underfloor heating, parking in the same building, and a practical ski storage area. Additionally, if you're traveling in a group, you can rent the adjacent apartment – Nheu d’Arties – and enjoy a few days of disconnection with space for everyone.

Prices do not include the tourist tax that has been established by law in Catalonia.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
