DESCRIPTION
The Irissa flat is a highly recommended option for skiers looking to be the first on the slopes every morning, as it is located right in front of the exit of the cable car, at the 1500 m elevation of Baqueira. Irissa has been completely renovated and equipped in 2020. The flat has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The flat is spread over 60 square meters that are very well used. The living-dining room has sloping ceilings and large windows, two of them are velux type, from which you can enjoy fantastic views over the ski slopes and the mountains of Baqueira Beret. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen completes this diaphanous space. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, television and beautiful views over the slopes. The second bedroom has two single in bunk beds and a trundle bed, next to it is the second bathroom. It is therefore an excellent option for a family with children. Irissa has a private outdoor area where you can unload on the arrival and departure. The flat car park is located in Val de Ruda and the flat has ski lockers on the ground floor of the building itself, just a stone's throw from the cable car. Like all FeelFree flats, the Irissa Apartment has high-speed WIFI connection and Smart TV. Finally, when booking the flat, you will also be able to book a wide range of exclusive experiences to make your stay in Baqueira and the Val d'Aran even more enjoyable. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation up to 15 days before the date of entry. The penalty for cancellations less than 15 days before the date of entry is 50% of the total reservation. In case of no show, the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
All reservations that include any date between December 23 and January 6 (both inclusive) and February 9 and February 24 (both inclusive), must be paid in full at least 30 days before checkin day. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid to that date will be lost. In case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
TOURIST TAX AND GUEST DATA
3 days before arrival, we will send a notice to complete the payment of the tourist tax and the online check-in with the details of all travelers over 14 years old before the day of arrival. This process is mandatory under Catalan law, as it is necessary to provide this information before the day of arrival in order to access the apartment.
